Formation: Initial formation directress in England, Ireland and Chile, 1976- 1996. Instructress Third Probation, Rome, 1989-1991.

Intra-ecclesial dialogue:
As President of the Conference of religious in England and Wales, engaged in developing partnership and dialogue with the Conference of Bishops and with the UK Government. Justice issues: Leader of a delegation representing religious men and women from UK and USA to the Holy Land, 2002. Co-signatory of statement sent to Tony Blair and George W. Bush.
Member of English Bishops’ delegation to Holy Land : “The Universal Church in solidarity with the Church in the Holy Land”, 2004. Hosted by Latin Patriarch and attended by delegations from Bishops’ Conferences worldwide.
Eucharist and Social Justice:
During Year of the Eucharist speaking on the Relationship between Eucharist and Social Justice various venues in USA, including International Keynote Address at : “The Church In the Modern World”, USCCB, Washington DC., 2005.
